Anybody know where I could buy a couple balogna casings about 4 in? I didnt want to buy ten or more

Www.butcher-packer.com sells them singly, though shipping will eat your lunch, so you may want to add a few other things if you need anything.

A suggestion would be to go somewhere local that might be making their own stuff and see about getting one off of them. Otherwise, you could make a bologna loaf instead?
