Different fish, same technique, same stuffing, slightly altered sauce.

Strong work! Used to catch a lot of specks around here but I just don't fish in the briny water anymore.

Thanks mr_whipple. I did not realize you lived close to the coast and fished for speckled trout.
Not as close as I once did, but I'm still right there. I lived in Va Beach for about 14 years, been in Chesapeake since.. 35+ includiung my first duty staion in Maryland. Maybe I'll do some puppy drum and speck fishing in the kayak this year.
