Baked Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Speckled Trout with Chardonnay Tarragon Cream Sauce, Angel Hair Pasta, Sauteed Mushrooms and Side Salad

Different fish, same technique, same stuffing, slightly altered sauce.


Served with a Northern Italian white wine:

Not as close as I once did, but I'm still right there. I lived in Va Beach for about 14 years, been in Chesapeake since.. 35+ includiung my first duty staion in Maryland. Maybe I'll do some puppy drum and speck fishing in the kayak this year.
