Friday night I was "informed" that Sunday there would be babybacks on the table. I simply replied with; "yes dear"!

I'll go ahead and say that I didn't take many pics toward the end, but there isn't anything earth shattering here.

I got a 3 pack of BBs from Sam's yesterday, so this morning all I had to do was prep and smoke.

Peeled the membranes and seasoned.

They went on the smoker at 11:30 this morning. 240 degrees


Around 5, they were done, pulled and served! Well, one rack went to the German neighbor's next door, she brought me some baked goodies earlier in the week! Love our food sharing program!


Like I said, not many pics after that, but we did put a hurting on the racks!
