I usually smoke something for Father's Day every year, because that's what good dads do, right? I decided to go with baby back ribs this year and I chose to follow SmokinAl's method after reading his post:

Now let me tell you... I will use Al's method for the rest of my days! My family has always loved my smoked ribs, but these came out SOOOOO good, that tears of joy were flowing around the dinner table tonight! Just like Al says, they're not quite fall off the bone, but so juicy and tender you'll wanna slap yo momma! All I can say is, THANK YOU AL!!! Happy Father's Day everyone!
