Did these drumsticks with salt, pepper and this Stubb's chicken rub my wife bought for Christmas.  Lately I've been glazing with a citrus honey or teriyaki and finishing in the oven for 10-15 minutes but decided to go dry and try out the flavor in this new rub.  It has mustard and tumeric in it which I don't use much, I enjoyed it.

Smoked over apple and alder mix at 275° for 2 hrs on a 30" propane vertical cabinet.

Was really excited about trying brussell sprouts for the first time since I swore them off as a kid and they were delicious.  Used dirtsailor3000's recipe and it was terrific.  Did half IPA and half apple cider at the end (compromise with the wife) and dried cranberries.  Wish I had pine nuts, would of added those.

Here is the recipe for the sprouts http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/258695/t-bones-and-brussels-now-with-full-brussel-sprout-recipe
