And I'm the only bourbon drinker in the family.

I took this pic a few months ago. Some are gone, others have been added.

Note the 4 bottles of Elijah Craig on the bottom right. These are the last of the 12-year age statement bottlings before that line was discontinued.

Old Fitz...yes
I was at a place yesterday in Brandenburg and they had 5 cases of blantons $90 bottle. Eagle Rare I will get at the distillery for cheaper than the stores. The green river is actually pretty good & I'm liking the Benchmark line too.

Neeley… got some good bottles there in your collection. I just found one to add to mine when I stopped at costco this afternoon. I have never seen this in stores before. Hope it is good. The 15 stars 8 & 15 i picked up on my last outing is really good.

OUT OF THE BLUE .....?
Few weeks ago I was on a beer run, I do not drink liquor anymore.
Talking to the staff of my local store, telling them my Dad, a tavern owner ,pushed this Blackberry brandy:
Leroux : Jezynowka Polish brand.
Its very refined and is semi clear, like whiskey, not the thick cough syrup ! Very smooth
A week goes by and I get an EMAIL: From Indeed for a sales rep job: Craft liquors.
Local Distillery that sells Blue berry, blackberry, cranberry, gin , vodka ,ect.
BLUE RASCAL DISTILLERY CRAFT SPRITS
Company is NJ Local @ Hammonton, NJ
I returned a week later to my water hole.
My local store had a few .
I thought it was WEIRD that this popped up?, Was not online discussion?
YES!? It was the Brandy God !
I talked about it and out of the BLUE !? (BLUEBERRY) ? LOL!
This came out!

I got the willies when I read it !
Yes! There is a God ! AMEN!

I am retired, wish it
was 20 yrs ago, would of been very fun!

This is my favorite. It is so good, I don't even share it with my best friends

A little something for the weekend.
You can't go wrong with Knob Creek. All the better Jim Beam products are tops in their class.
I don't think nothing beats Bookers. I wish I could afford one every quarter, but I'm shooting for 1 per year. :-)

I must have tried hundreds of different brands over the years...I must be the odd man out because I always go back to "Old Number 7" JD
You're not wrong. The barrel proof JD is one of my absolute favorites. Dickel's makes a nice line of bourbons too. But outside of KY and TN, I've not tasted a distiller I thought was worth the price of the bottle.
