My Son makes up some Olive oil to dip it in . It's pretty good too .

I put them on an even keel these days.
I've been on a mission to get summer sausage nailed down even with my limited equipment.
Been giving me excuses to pick up more stuff.
Works down here as I have a number of friends that love to sample my sausage and bread experiments. I get honest feedback.

Wife used to cut up cucumbers and red onions in the summer , and put that on them .
Nice cool salad for a hot day . It's great on an Italian sub . Really makes it .
