Just wanted to share what I am doing with my smoker[/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
Welcome to SMF! :welcome:
We're glad to have you. The search bar at the top is your most valuable resource here. This forum has been around for over ten years, so there is a good chance that any questions you may have, have already been answered (they may have 10 different answers, but you'll get an instant response non the less).
Please be sure to post your smokes along with your process and recipes. We will be glad to help you along the way and we may also learn something new ourselves in the process. Also, don't forget the very important Q view! (We're mad for pics on here 😁)
Always remember to have fun because it's not fun if you have to work at it.
Thanks for joining,
You have really been quite busy working on that thing. I cannot wait to see it in action.
Gary will be here soon with the East Texas weather report. He's a sucker for smoker builds.
Ok that's what I have been working on waiting on one more pull clamp to finish it. I am not disappointed with it so far . I hope it will hold temperature good now . I have been smoking meat for a while now but wanted to get this baby going . I just hope it works out . Any I put would be great good or bad thanks
Can't wait to get some smoke on the baby to tested out
Oh by the way I am in Albuquerque, New Mexico
If you will post this in the offset smoker build are a lot more people will see it.
The weather In east Texas is floods but my friend Gary should be along soon to confirm Texas hasn't washed out to sea.
Good job with it. This post would better serve you in the smoker build section as more people will see it. The welcome wagon here is kind of slim. Now use roll call for what it was really meant for and introduce yourself properly!
Ok sorry about that I will try and move it there .my first post 😄
Nice, Looking Good
