Been awhile since I posted
Only doing 1 about 8lbs
Rubbed it up last night

1st check after 4 hours to insert temp probe
Smoking at 230 and first reading was 157

Pulled after 10 1/2 hours 205 temp
Rested wraped in alum and towel for an hour in the ice chest
