Pulled the chuckie out of the freezer, It was 5.22 pounds.  Rubbed with my house rub and let it sit over night.

That sammie is so nice, it doesn't need any sauce or anything on it---just it's own juices & some cheese!!!!!!

5.22 pounds !!!  That's a big-un!

All the ones I find around here are 2.5 to 3.5 lbs.

Yes I rub with mustard then with the dry rub.  Which I recently cut the salt content by 1/2 and have not noticed any difference

These were good just with the juices from the meat, but next sammies will have horseradish sauce on them

That looks terrifically delicious, I have not tried any beef other than a brisket, i will definitely be trying some of this.  Great looking sammie too.
