So as I sit here at 3 am the morning of another soon to be disappointing Bears season, I question why I committed to make pulled pork for my buddies. My first pulled pork too. Oh well, smoke on. Got up at 230 to start the coals and join the coyote buddies howling on the patio I got this guy all rubbed down yesterday and just rubbed him down once more with my own concoction for a rub. I think I shall call is "Ditka Dust" (well... Name could use some work).
