57degee morning. What to do w/qview

First morning below 60 here. So what a better day to clean and use the smoker.

Have a chuck roast in. Going to run high for a few hours then off to the souv vide for a nice hot bath.

2.5hrs in at 300ish. Pulled out and into the juice. Decided to braised it the rest of the way instead of sous vide.

Seems like a waste of a heated up smoker.


Lets throw these on.

Decided to braised it the rest of the way instead of sous vide.

Looks great Brian, the braise works for me as I have not done any sous vide.

And a rack or 2 of ribs , why not.
