Awesome! Looks like you are just using half of the AMNS. I should be getting mine in the mail today and doing some ribs this weekend. I guess usuing half is enough for a 4hr smoke.

That's some terrific looking ribs, right there!   I used to do spares all the time, no foil, then the baby backs kind of got fashionable, easier for people to eat I guess. Give me "real" spare ribs, anyday!

Thanks for the tips and the rub review.  I've never tried someone else's, or store bought, rub, but I might one of these days, and appreciate your opinions.  Bee-you-tee-full ribs!!  Cheers!
