2nd porky shoulder attempt with Qview

    I picked up a 10 lb pork shoulder

    Injected with apple juice and apple cider vinegar

    Coated with EVOO

    used Jeffs rub

    Smoked 7 1/2 hrs at 250

    Wrapped in foil and finished in oven at 240 for 5 more hrs

    Pulled when IT was 205

    Used Apple wood and maple wood

    When you do pulled pork you gotta use a finishing sauce before serving
    1cup h20
    1cup apple cider vinegar
    1tbs salt
    1tbs sugar
    1/4 cup hot sauce
    1tsp red pepper
    1 tsp white pepper

    I froze this batch and when I heated it up I mixed in a jar of home made BBQ sauce, everyone loved it
