Alright so here's my 2nd attempt at making some ribs. One baby back and the other a full spare. For one I used another rub I concocted and the other is one a member of this forum was kind enough to share (thanks jbellard). I smoked them at 225 for 3 hours then wrapped them. When I wrapped I put a little brown sugar and some of the BBQ sauce I made. They went back in at 225 for 1hr 45mins. I then unwrapped and glazed with the BBQ sauce and stuck em back in for 20 mins.
