2nd attempt at Ribs

Alright so here's my 2nd attempt at making some ribs. One baby back and the other a full spare. For one I used another rub I concocted and the other is one a member of this forum was kind enough to share (thanks jbellard). I smoked them at 225 for 3 hours then wrapped them. When I wrapped I put a little brown sugar and some of the BBQ sauce I made. They went back in at 225 for 1hr 45mins. I then unwrapped and glazed with the BBQ sauce and stuck em back in for 20 mins.

Looks good to me! Did they finish at the same time? In my experience spares take longer then babys, but then "finished" is itself a subjective term based on how one likes their final tenderness... we'll done

They did actually and I pulled the spares because they almost fell apart on me, or felt like it. I had the baby backs on the top rack and the spares on bottom so my guess is they just got hotter.
