I'm making ribs wings and fries.....
ribs i made on the smoker yesterday and i have some wings and fries going in the air fryer...

Since I have to work today (Super Bowl)I smoked a chuck roast yesterday! I’ll be eating leftovers.
I sure do miss all the game day favorites though...ABT’s, chips an rotella, chili....

3# boneless chuck went on the smoker at 11am with pecan wood. Fiance is doing the twice baked potatoes, crock pot buffalo chicken dip, and deviled eggs. I'm "cleaning the garage" (monitoring the smoke and having a cigar) and my beer menu consists of: keg of homebrew saison, Cigar City Jai Alai IPA, Three Floyds Zombie Dust, and a 4 pack of a double ipa I've never heard of I picked up last minute.

There are so many IPAs to choose from! Our local liquor store has ‘make your own 6 pack’ and I sometimes do that.

Here's it is out of the smoker. Got some really good bark on this one. Have it foiled up now.

Definitely a lot to choose from. Not sure where you're located in AR, but a podcast I follow is based out of the Fayetteville area. Seems like a lot of great breweries are popping up in the area. Cheers!

Nice shoulder ksblazer ksblazer !! That Chris Lilly rub and pork injection is the only way I ride these days

The pulled pork was a big hit. Got ate down pretty quick and I even got a few compliments.

I could tell that it was going to be good and moist with the Chris Lilly injection. Will be using it again for sure.

Chef Jimmy's foil juice recipe is excellent too. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already.

Put the pulled pork on a bun with some brown sugar BBQ sauce. After that I just had some without the bun or sauce. Both ways tasted really good today.
