Help: 1st St.Louis spare ribs on pit boss

Yeah the meatloaf responded well to the apple pellets, but the ribs did not take on the apple smoke nearly as strong.
With the pellet machine, it won’t ever get that “smoke” flavor of an offset or other wood fired pit. Don’t worry about it.

Yeah DT, looks like you nailed it! Ribs look great but damn that cheese oozing out of the loaf!! Yes please give me a plate of both!!

Thanks. I was pretty satisfied with my first results on the pellet grill. They both turned out great.
