Decided to make some Kabanosy on my newly finished smokehouse. They turned out great. Now they're drying in my curing chamber for a few days.
It did for the most part. I had a temperature spike higher than I would have expected after doing several test runs without meat. But overall Im happy with it.Very nice! Did it preform as you expected it to?

Where do you buy your DeWied? Cant find them local and the big sausage guys dont wanna deal with me. I did go to their site but cant locate the package you show.
