Sunday 5-4-08 Smoke.
The in-law's were coming for dinner so I smoked my first meat loaf. Made it with celery,GP,onion, jalapeño,ketchup,BBQ sauce, soy,Worcester, eggs & breadcrumbs. (I like to use stale potato chips but were out)

Gramp's and I loved it. Granny, wife and kid said it was OK but liked it baked better than smoked.(What do they know anyway).
Did 5 fatties 3 with BE sausage 1 original 1 sage and 1 hot stuffed with mushroom, onion.green pepper, spinach and Colby jack cheese.
2 fatties I mixed 50/50 with ground turkey white meat and stuffed like the others. It was very good (the wifes idea to tone down the richness of straight up sausage)
Dutches wicked beans were just that (THE BOMB) and of course you cant smoke with out a few ABT's
Heres the qview for ya.( I can not be held responsible for damage to your key board from the drool!!!!!!!)

The Smoker is loaded !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for drooling, 00Buckshot

Nice to see a full smoker.

Man what a spread. When you say in-laws you must mean her whole family. Good job, looks great.

No just her mom and dad. I did 2 Fatties for a guy at work!!!
Our boy is 15yrs and is in track shot/disk and moving from freshman to varsity in football so I need all the leftovers I can get to keep him feed.
Thanks,00Bucky

Congrats on a good looking smoke.
