Threw this 14lb brisket on the traeger this morning. Had it set to 160 for about 3 hours to punch the smoke in then turned it up to 225 for about 4 hours till it hit 160 and now its wrapped and back on until she hits 203°f. Planning supper for 6 so i think its right on track. More pictures to follow once its done.

Yummy tomorrow is my brisket day trimmed her up and seasoned this morning. Yours is looking good!
