last night we had burgers . the family is on a low carb hi fat diet .
so the bread is from coconut flour . the mayonnaise is home made ,the burgers home made . i used smoke goose breast on top .

for friday night i made Pandoro Bread Pudding .
I cut the pandoro in small pieces. then into a well greased baking pan .
I mix in a bowl 5 eggs, full cream milk ,brown sugar ,ohio maple syrup ,cinamon ,Vanilla extract and home made cherry liqueur .

left it for four days ,and turned it every day.
after a ice bath . i left it to dry in the breeze .
then smoked it with cherry wood till IT 165 .

For Friday supper i made on my GMG beef ribs and lamb shanks .
i put the ribs and the shanks in a dry spices mix for 48 hours.
