You Know Your Good When..................

In the past months I have been talking to Dave Omak and he said he could make stuffing tubes. So I asked him to make me one since I have been looking for a really longtime to no avail. You really need to look if you can get replacement or more parts n pieces for your stuffer BEFORE you buy it. I can't find anything anywhere plates, knifes, an especially tubes for my stuffer. It's the cheap one from Gander Mtns. Well Dave has come thou. I now have 2 new tubes (soon to be marketed) for stuffing small 15mm an 19mm snack sticks or anything small like that. The quality of the workmanship is good no burred ends or paces that would tear a casing and it fits nice a snugly inside my existing tubes also.

So Dave Thank you very much and I can't wait to use them. I can now make some small snack sticks without having a hard time putting the collagen casings on the tube. I even asked the wife if I could miss next weeks journey back to Orlando and she said NO. I want you there to help me. BUt but BUT..........Oh well Orlando I'm a Comin.

Now you to might just be able to get a custom stuffing tube from Dave. But for now Me and another brother From another Mother has the only 2. You folks know him as Chef JJ.
