Hello all.
I live in Yorba Linda California. Just a few miles from Disneyland. I own a Traeger smoker. I have both a large one and a small one. I have owned a smoker for about two years. My cooking is primarily for family and a few guests, no big productions.
I am a big fan of pulled pork, and many other pork cuts.
