Started with two good sized breasts,some mini Yukon golds,pearl onions and garlic. Put breasts head to tail,thick to thin. Rubbed on OO followed by some seasonings. Put breasts together,tied up and gave them the same treatment. Halved taters and quartered garlic. Put breast mini roast in appropriate sized pan and added vegetables. Lotsa garlic! Prepped baby WSM with RO and pecan while chicken rested. The best is yet to come!
