Thanks Jim! Simple but simple is sometimes the bomb! Oh and maters off the vine! I can eat them plain like a vampire.....as a kid our neighbor use to plant 3 acres of maters for the us to share to bottle bottle and such......when everyone had their fill we kids would just clean the field by first eating but quickly turned into just vampiring the juice from them till we were fat and happy!

What time should I be there and what can I bring ? After reading @disco's write up on beef ribs, I decided to cook some myself. I have 2 racks that were from boning out 2 ribs earlier this year and they're just begging to get smoked. They look very similar to yours and Disco's, so GonnaSmoke them this weekend.

looks like you got tired of waiting in line for ribs at my house and just fixed that with a plate of you own!

Very nice! Went to the store with son this afternoon... beer and burger on my list. $ 117 dollars later, but beef ribs seemed to fall into my cart also!

John, I will tell him....He seems to be enjoying taking over the beef rib cooks and I sure don't mind it....I need to get him working on the Copper Pot though...
