So the wife and boy came home today and surprised me with a total score for the 4th!!!

Almost a full yard worth! And the score was it’s only 0.78 cents an inch!!!

What time should I be there and what can I bring :emoji_grinning:? After reading disco disco 's write up on beef ribs, I decided to cook some myself. I have 2 racks that were from boning out 2 ribs earlier this year and they're just begging to get smoked. They look very similar to yours and Disco's, so GonnaSmoke them this weekend.

Damn! I've been looking for those things everywhere around here and nobody has them. Nice score!

Very nice! Went to the store with son this afternoon... beer and burger on my list. $ 117 dollars later, but beef ribs seemed to fall into my cart also! :emoji_blush:

My boy did a rack for dinner tonight....just simple smoke 3.5 hours at 275 on the pellet, I was working in the garage so just came in to this plate. They boy even picked and sliced some garden matters......I think he felt guilty not helping me.......

Just some dressed up box Mac.....ie heavy cream and creme fraiche makes it yummy!

Day two ribs.....same 3.5 hours @ 275 but the boy did a rib with sugar so it caramelized more......I did have a fresh matter but it was consumed as it was picked! Holy smokes these were nothing but meaty goodness! I’ve been working like crazy on house chores so glad the Boy has been stepping up!
