The warden told me she wanted to make a pot of Brunswick Stew. Time to plug in the MES30 and whip up a yard bird. one tube of apple, and 240 degrees. viola.
Please forgive me but if I had a chicken that looked like that, I'd eat it straight up....no stew That just looks to be perfectly cooked and I'd be all over it. Stew or not though, very nice job on that cook.
