You might lose some but the seasonings will have infused into the meat so a lot of the flavor will still be there. Welcome to SMF from Minnesota.
 
Certainly the bark has some concentrated flavors, but is only a portion of the flavor profile of the brisket. The rest of it should have a nice smokey flavor. I wouldn't let the loss of bark bother you too much, it should still taste okay.
 
Best way to find out is slice it up and did in! There is always next time. No need to worry about the past just enjoy the brisket and move on!
 
To late to worry about it now. Next time double or triple wrap it. I’m still old school & don’t wrap at all unless I’m in a hurry to get it done. Then I still use foil.
