I have been out of the scene for a heck of a long time, just got finished making 6 White tail deer in to lots of Sausage and now the smoker is fired up .. Need some info though.....How do you hang the sausages so that they do not touch.. I am using hog and collagen casings..

Take a toothpick and put it between them or at least that's what I do

If I can't hang them where they don't touch I use the toothpick trip myself. 
 
Hey, any that do touch and say... You don't want them... Send them overWingman's way! I'm drooling just looking at the pic you posted.
