The weather has finally cooperated where it wasn't raining, snowing, or temps in the single digits.

It's 70˚ here in Pittsburgh so I decided to season my Camp Chef Woodwind that I purchased in October. . . . What a pleasure to see that it actually is smoking away and preparing itself for all my future smokes. I am a happy camper!

That's a Beauty, John!!!

You're a day ahead of us---We don't get our 70°+ until tomorrow!!

Enjoy,
Bear

Enjoy it John, it looks like a beauty. We'll be reaching the 60's here, but they're calling for ran most of the time.

Yea!
Been a crappy winter.

Did you get the warranty that doesn't start till it's 70° ???

I'm sure I would have fired that beauty up in the garage...

John That is pretty!! If I had more room I would think about getting one.Good Luck with it

Nice unit! When that weather broke the 60F threshold last week I nearly took a "sick" day to smoke something.

Considered the Woodwind but budget stopped at the SmokePro series.

Sonny,

Warranty wasn't the issue, I probably would have singed my car.

LOL! Fortunatly I'm a retired teacher and presently working (just to keep busy) for a guy who is very understanding.

I'm getting him into smoking so he understands the "fix" when it is needed.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

Oh, well now, I told the wife early on I had two prerequisites: I had to have the garage for my shop, and I needed a room for my computer junk.
So I'm a car abuser. They stay outside. :(
Here's to a great first cook! :D
