Winter be gone

I'm going thru withdrawal. I have 4 smokers all covered by snow can't wait until spring

I hear what you are saying and feel your pain bud. My smoker is totally buried

I smoked a butt in January, but it ain't the same...was cold as hell and needed much more attention then smoking in the other seasons. For me, part of the awesomeness of smoking is hanging out next to the smoker with a beer, a friends and family, and taking in the incredible smell.

Hopefully a few more weeks and the snow will be off the deck enough to allow me to start her up again!

I am hoping Winter here in Ohio has finally left town...have been 45+ for about a week now and the snow is mostly melted. Going to be about 50 on Saturday and finally going to get the WSM I purchased a couple months ago fired up. I did throw sime ribs on the ECB a couple times this winter but like knifebld said...just not the same.

We had damn close to 0 winter here in Eastern Washington. Normally go thru 4 tons of pellets keeping us warm...this year we haven't even started on the third ton yet....

Darn!   Gotta deal with 80* weather this weekend.

Here in NY we are finally getting some relief! Temps hit 50 and the snow is starting f to melt. Had to at least use my weber kettle for dinner...
