Hi all,

I am getting more and more used to my Assassin 24, but not there yet, therefore I decided to smoke some wings for Super Ball using Jeff's recipe for honey glazed wings.

The rub I used was my own recipe.

Bite through pic. :)

My son both liked the wings and the game :)

Thank you so much guys :)

Will try making them less spicy the next time, or at least half of them. It had a good spice, but would be nice to try something a bit more sweet.

Thanks John, they were really good and nice smoke flavor :)

Thanks guys :)

Four20: Yeah, he might be doing that, but at that time we have moved back to Europe, so we might have to stay up late :)

Essexsmoker: Yep, it is buttermilk with additional salt added, that is what Jeff's recipe calls for.

Thanks b-one. Yep, it is work well :) Will be making brisket, chicken and homemade sausages in it for my wife's birthday :)
