Hello

For chicken wings, does anyone brine? If so, what type of brine and how long?

I've had great luck with brining whole chickens, but never it with wings.

Thanks!

If you have a Brine you like, use it. Wings are good to go in 8 hours but are not hurt going overnight ...JJ

I've had wings that were brined, and not brined. I really couldn't tell a huge difference. I get my flavor from whatever sauce I choose to toss them in!

Thanks everyone. I may experiment.

I was curious if it made much difference on a wing.

I got hooked on Pop's brine for chicken . I use the 1/2 cup salt version injected in the wings and soak over night .
