anybody get a whole prime ribeye from costco and dry age it? if so, how did it turn out? did you have to ask the butcher in the back for a special cut for dry aging purposes, or just grabbed one off the cooler? i just got back from my local costco, and they're priced at $10.99/lb. i guess that's reasonable.
