The grocery store had turkey breasts on special plus you could add a coupon...thus we were able to pick one up for $5.

It’s been hot in central PA but I went for it today since the temperature is only in the low 90’s instead of near 100. The turkey was rubbed down last night, and used a mix of hickory and apple on the WSM and it smoked for about 5 hours before it was done. I used the drippings on the meat once I carved it up and that took the flavor to another level. Sorry for the sloppy plated picture...that’s actually seconds for me. My wife made some potato salad that went great with the turkey. Thanks for looking!

Very nice job on the skin! Looks great. We love smoked turkey breast.

That's a fine looking piece of work, Like! I'm not a huge turkey fan, usually have to have some gravy or cranberry's to go with it. RAY
