Can anyone tell me a good spot to pick up some prime beef. I am looking into smoking a brisket and want to make sure I get a solid piece before I do it.

Brisket it typically a tough piece of meat. Smoked low and slow it will taste like prime beef - why try to pay a fortune for it? Go to WalMart, Sam, BJ's places like that and get a nice cryppac packer.

No matter where you purchase your brisket...buy a double or triple A piece ,,,and you can't go wrong,,,,quality is in the grading
