I am in Chapel Hill Been here for 30 years. Retirement looms on the horizon soon. Then I can smoke meat, cheese, and

fish everyday....I hope.

I live on Lake Gaston, near Macon, NC.  I got a MES as a gift and I am  loving it.  Doing 1-2-3 Asian ribs today.  Down to the last hour and they are looking and smelling good.
