I'm John from Humble, TX (near Houston). I recently purchased my first smoker in November of 2015, an MES 30". I use the AMZNPS every time I smoke as I've found it to be very consistent and easy to work with. I love smoking bacon, I do beef jerky on a regular basis and my ribs have become a hit. My three girls, (Angelina 7, Abby 5, Aria 2) absolutely love it when I smoke as they are usually first in line for jerky and bacon. 

I'm still very new to this but a quick learner. As you read my smoking chronicles, if you have any feedback for me, I am open to it. Thanks.
