Saw this on another forum and thought it would be fun. There really is not a general forum for food so i figured i would put it here. Mods you can move if you have a better place.

As for me im making a 10lb Brisket for slicing and 8lb Pork Butt for PP. Everyone else is bringing sides.

Im doing pulled pork!  smoking it today and will pull it and refrigerate til sunday

then crock pot it with finishing sauce.

bagna cauda with dipping veggies and bread and few people are bringing sides

Going to smoke a 12# brisket & lots of ABT's. This packer I'm going to cut the point off the flat & make some burnt ends (thanks Eric, its all your fault !). I've never got to do this before. My wife uses alot of the point in her Philippine noodle dishes on every brisket I smoke. I'll try to save her some of the point...but I have to try some BE's..If my camera works this time....I'll share the fun with ya'll.
