What to do with that Canadian Bacon ?

I really like Canadian Bacon, here are a couple of things That are super easy and a fantastic Breakfast

Lunch, or Dinner.

  Eggs Benedict  

  I had this yesterday ,Very Simple

One Toasted English Muffin

1/3 package Knorr Hollandaise sauce,

2 or 3 slices of Canadian Bacon

2 eggs. (I didn't poach mine Just Sunny Side Up)

Mmmm  you can't beat it

One English Muffin (Toasted)

One egg (with the Yellow Cooked )

Two slices of Canadian Bacon

One Slice if Cheese 

Had this Today

Pretty simple and quick and a lot better than you know who's

Dangit gary, you know how to get a stomach growling in the morning...

Back bacon (CB) makes the best sammies. Love it piled high in between two pieces of french toast with maple syrup to dip. I call it the French Canadian Dip.

That does it. I'm getting some of this cured this weekend.
