I've seen that called "Mock Tender" or "Petite Filet" out here. Definitely all a ploy of names to fool consumers into thinking its something more than it is.

I'm thinking Filet it thin Stretch it out let it dry and make a pair of Boots ??

You made a damn good looking chili out of it. I get chuck tenders, mock tenderloin or petit chuck filet they sometimes call it at Stew Leonards. And if its just roasted/smoked to a low IT like 125-135 and sliced across the grain somewhat thinly it does eat kind of like a poor man's beef tenderloin. Obviously chewier, but not too bad considering the price.

Thanks guys, it did make good chili and would have made jerky that last and last and last ........
