Going to smoke two tenderloins with apple smoke too 130 temp then sear, pulling off at 140. What do you like using for seasoning?

I SPG everything. Sometimes onion, but more frequently is a bit of red pepper. I have some homegrown pepper, but any works. I also like to add a little cumin and coriander to pork.

Salt, garlic, white pepper, onion & ginger.
I have also done a coffee rub, I use a light coffee, salt, pepper, & brown sugar.

Smoke ON!

I like salt and pepper on everything but I like a chili powder cumin garlic rub in addition on pork.

Garlic and herb works well for us.
