What do you rub your beef with?

As I said in your previous thread...
For beef, I usually integrate some rosemary and thyme into the rub. Savory goes well too. Also the yellow mustard base to hold a nice thick crust of rub is sweet...!!

Well I guess if the coffee beans are ground fine it wouldn't be much different than black pepper ...
