What creature would you like to smoke?!?

I know that we are all supposed to be about conservation and preservation of all living things........

...but, if you could smoke/que any creature what would it be?

You can select any creature; be it extinct, mythical, folklore, urban legend, living, etc....

I myself have thought would a T-Rex taste like chicken?  How long would it take to smoke a Brontosaurus?

Wow, so many choices.  I think the mamoth ribs would be great to try.  Than again, how about an Aroucs(sp)?  The ancient bovine.  Would there be a difference between it and a modern cow?  Steve

A Rhinoceros.   I got real close to one at the zoo in Kansas City.  They resemble a pig so much it is scary.  Hmmm?
