This weekends Brisket. 19 pounds and for a size reference that is 18 inch aluminum foil. This will be going on around 8 tomorrow night.

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been smoking though. Today I am smoking a 13 pound brisket in my newest smoker. This is a shot about 3-4 hours into it.

I have beef ribs going into the smoker this weekend.  10 lb. slab. Kosher salt/pepper rub .Hooked on those  bad boys.
