The Turkey is having a nice relaxing soak in a brine bath, quart of apple cider, salt, sugar, sage, thyme, carrots, onion, celery water, and orange. I just rubbed up a couple more pastrami for this weekend also. I will definitely post some more on Sunday.
Unfortunately not this time. I had to do on my propane grill cause we had 40mph winds today! It definitely had the grilled taste! Next time I'll do it on my Weber Kettle and do with some smoke.
Getting ready for this weekend already. Going to be smoking 11 Boston Butts with an average weight of 9 pounds each. This will be the most butts I have done in one smoke. Should be fun.
