Man it is beautiful out today. Its a sunny 48 degrees and beautiful in ND today. It smells so good to finally have the windows open and let the fresh air into the house. Perfect day to be smoking and having a few beers. I have my first two chuckies in the UDS right know. Hope you are having a great Sunday as well!

I thought about doing that, but I really need to break in the new grill, I want to get familiar with it, its a combo grill, 1/2 is 3 burner gas, the other 1/2 is charcoal, I'm gonna use both, ribeyes on the charcoal, veggies on the gas side.

Sorry for we have the cloudy and dreary 65° here in the sun shine state today but I'm smoking anyway.

57 today, very windy so bad for smoking, gotta put up a windbreak!
The rain comes tonight and won't stop for 2 full days.

Its a nice 56 degrees here broke in my new cold smoker I made. Doing some bacon and cheese. It was only 33 degrees when I started had to use my charcoal basket to get up to 65 degrees. Couldn't ask for a nicer March day.

RB- It was 10 degrees on Sat morning when I got up, so I thought take advantage of one of the last cold days and do a cold smoke on some cheese. Dids 6 lbs in the elec chief sat am-

My Sunday started out at 32 degrees, when I put my 16 pounds of pork loin in the MES (for smoked pork chops). The temp topped out at 44 degrees. Windy all day. Got 'er done, but it was a struggle!

Next Sunday is supposed to be 78* here in SE PA.
