Fall off the bone wow. The shoulder is resting now. Just doing this last glazing to the ribs. Everything else is done and just waiting for my family to arrive.

View attachment 359096 I’m at my parents with all the kids so we are doing country style pork ribs, leg quarters, chicken breasts and sausage tonight.
For tomorrow lunch but cooking tonight I’m doing a pork butt.
Then overnight on Saturday I’ll be doing a brisket for Easter lunch!

that looks awesome!

Going to spin a turkey on the Weber gasser. This will be our first try at a rotisserie turkey. Going to be cold though, predicted high is 38F.
I hope it is not too rude to quote myself. Here's the 13 pound bird at the start and the end of its ride around on the rotisserie. I had planned about 3 to 3.5 hours at 350F but it was done to 165F internal in about 2.25 hours. We didn't have any guests so we chose to have turkey sammies instead of the "full meal deal." Really pleased with how my first rotisserie bird came out and will definitely do it again.

That bird looks great Braz. I have to enjoy grilled poultry vicariously through others because my wife does not enjoy grilled chicken. Keep up the fine work.

I did 8 lbs of prime rib, a tray of mixed potatoes, onions and peppers, and a tray of mushrooms in the smoker. It was Easter Sunday, my grandmother's 80th birthday and the day before my grandfather's funeral all in one so it had to be perfect. Sorry no photo's though.
