A few days ago I took a pork shoulder out of the freezer. The boneless part I will cut into "country style ribs" for the smoker which will also get some chicken wings. My wife is making cheesesteak eggrolls and queso. We always end up trading plates with our neighbor who always cooks up some good stuff on his blackstone griddle.
